Even NEIPAs Need Water
New England IPA
Introducing the absolutely delicious clone of the legendary "Even Sharks Need Water" by Verdant - a New England IPA that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Bursting with Galaxy and Citra hops, this brew is a hop lover's dream come true. The aroma is a sensory delight with tropical fruit, citrus and floral notes that give way to a smooth, silky mouthfeel. The flavor profile is complex, with an initial burst of juicy citrus followed by a subtle bitterness that lingers long after the last sip. This brew is a true homage to the New England style, with a hazy, yellow appearance that hints at the unfiltered goodness within.
Happy New NEIPA
New England IPA
I've chosen my hazy yellow dress just to impress you with me citrusy tropical fragrance and my grapefruity, minty soul. Hoppy juice for skipping the dry January.
Welcome To Hell
Munich Helles Lager
Brewed for an Oktoberfest that never happened. Welcome to Hell with Diamant hops in the pool.
Kill Kenny
Irish Red Ale
Golden as Pale
American Pale Ale
Gold of Common Wealth
NEPA
At the Braumarkt Hamburg I was given some East Kent Golding hops. Together with Pacific Gem and a touch of Citra Lupomax, the package Besserbrauer Helles is now a trip around the world. Like Commonwealth, but with Citra from the States.
Barn Owl #2
British Golden Ale
This is a new chapter of the barn owl. Besserbrauer Helles combined with cbc1 yeast and English East Kent Golding hops
Pimp my Pale
NEPA
This is the Besserbrauer Pale Ale on steroids. Tuned water profile meets a fruity mix of dry hopped hops.
6 Points
Best Bitter
Six Points Best actually is the Five Points bitter from The Malt Miller. It is a single-hopped Best Bitter, brewed with Fuggles hops from their own specific hop farmer refreshing and smooth, Best has notes of caramel and biscuit, and a lovely grassy, herbal freshness that makes you want to reach for another one. It is only served from cask.
Oriolus Chinensis 2
International Pale Lager
Another Tsing Tao inspired lager. This time brewed with thai rice and Tsing Tao flower hops only.
Hello Again
New England Pale Ale
Prescribed malt mix and hops amount from Braumischung.de. My contribution to the Hamburg Beer Weekend 2021 hobbybrewer challenge.
Oriolus Chinensis
India Pale Lager
This beer is inspired by the famous Tsing Tao Lager. By contrast it is dry hopped with a load of Tsing Tao Flower hops, which makes it a nice companion for bitter melon with rice.
Barn Owl
British Golden Ale
Warm summer afternoon. Shorts. Long trip in the nature. Thick air. Pub in Salisbury. Dark sky. Still warm. Summer lightning. In the hand a cool pint.
Spinus Spinus
Munich Helles Lager
Munich. Hofbräuhaus. Beer gardens. Volksfest. Dirndls and Lederhosen. Brezels. That's it!
Little Bullfinch
American Amber Ale
American amber ale with dry hopped painstakingly picked wild hops from Hamburg Altona. Hallertau Ariana brings fresh berries into the red body. Good morning, little bullfinch.
Victorian Burton Ale
Superior Bitter
A tribute to the beginning of all these IPAs. Burtonized and barrelised. A superior bitter like in the Victorian times with a special burbon flavor from Limousin oaks.
Sunset Ale
Hazy Pale Ale
Like a cocktail on the beach when the sun goes down. Mosaic and Vic Secret hops and a big load of oats make that wonderful feeling. Wanderlust for tropical relaxation.
The Besserwisser
The Besserwisser
The very first beer. Based on Besserbrauer IPA beginner brew set this beer is an old school low carbonated ale. It has a nice color, a good malty body and a pleasant bitterness.
